SKATEBOARD RELIGION is the name of my skateboard brand. It is a project that has slowly started to seek more attention from me. Skateboard Religion started out as a child hood fantasy, it has now started to become more than that. Filming out and around the street of London, myself and fellow skateboarders seek out new and interesting spots to skate. I use the footage I film to produce video edits which I post on to you tube of me and my friends skateboarding. I have started to produce a small range of clothing branded with Skateboard Religion LOGO. So keep an eye out for the logo.
We also have a blog and a face book page which get updated a bit more regularly than this blog.

Mile End Skatepark, Youth provisions grand opening. June 2011
Mile end skatepark houses three brand new facility's. Tower Hamlets council in association with Urban Adventure base and Mile end skatepark, have created an indoor skateboard facility and a uniquely set youth center for young people between the ages 11 to 19. The youth center is a mezzanine above LCB skate shop, housed in arch number one directly in the skatepark, and the indoor skatepark is housed nextdoor in the second arch. A fantastic place for aspirational youths to attend skateboard coaching sessions, arts workshops, video production workshops and much more.
Below are some pictures from the opening event attended by tower hamlets young mayor, who cut the ribbon for the skate arch. A good time was had by all and a free BBQ....

Skateboard School
As you all know, I have been skateboard coaching for a few years now, working for The Urban Adventure Base in Mile End Park. Of recent we have acquired an indoor space to coach young people, situated within Mile End skatepark's arch's. This is a great facility for young people between the ages of 11 and 19. Early signs and tester sessions all point towards a very positive future for the space...
